If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Nu Wave, Please return it for a full refund or exchange within 15 days. We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges.

Return to Nu Wave by Mail:

  • Please return in the original packaging (if available) to ensure against breakage. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  • Include the packing slip with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number if possible) and a note indicating your reason for returning the item(s). If you would prefer to exchange for another shade or item, please also indicate.
  • Include your name, return address, contact phone number and email address.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable courier so the shipment can be traced should the shipment be lost.

JTT Enterprises Corporation, Nu Wave, cannot be responsible for return shipments not received.

Returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization).

An RMA can be requested by filling out the contact form and selecting "A return or refund" option. Please include your order # and reason for the RMA request.

You will receive an email with the RMA # and return instructions.

It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return or exchange, please contact Customer Service.
